Email forwarding not working, what should I do?

I set up email forwarding and I want to change my password so that I can log in to the website on my PC, but it isn't working. The link isn't being forwarded to my email address. I turned off email forwarding and turned it back on; I've changed the email address being used. I've tried having the link reset multiple times and it's just not working.
