Apple TV and computer home sharing issue

Both Apple TV and computer on the same network! Home Sharing made correctly and same apple IDs etc. however I still get "Could not connect to "xxxxx's library" message "make sure the computer is on the same network as your Apple TV message...

Some Wi-Fi networks use two SSID network names, one of the 2.4 GHz band and one for the 5 GHz band. This would create two separate networks, where devices on one part can’t communicate with devices on the other part. That could break Home Sharing. It is best to use a single SSID for both bands and have your router bridge all parts into one logical network. Could that be it?


Else review the instructions once more to check for settings that may have been overlooked. Use Home Sharing to share media from a computer to other devices - Apple Support
