Cancellation of Subscription.

I have tried to cancel my monthly subscription for the Daily Telegraph. I pay a monthly sum for the newspaper to be sent to my i-Pad.

I have found that I am already paying an ANNUAL subscription to the Daily Telegraph for the same service and I wish to claim a refund of the monthly sums I have been paying Apple for many months.

I have tried to do this online but I am not sure (a) whether I have cancelled the Apple subscription of £25.99 per month, or (b) whether I have successfully claimed a refund for past payments made.

Please help.

Emesar19,

We understand your desire for us to confirm that your subscription to the Daily Telegraph has been canceled, we do not have access to your account information in Apple Support Communities. You can confirm this yourself by following the steps in this article provided earlier:

See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If you see the subscription listed, but no option to cancel it, that means that the subscription has been canceled and will not renew when it expires.

If you have additional, specific question about your account you will need to contact Apple Support directly for assistance, as they will be able to access your account information to answer specific questions about your account.

Cheers.
