Macbook Air Location problem

I've just noticed that my Google Maps will not find my location, nor am I able to use my location to determine my time zone.

Location was already enabled in System Preferences, although I noticed 'find my Mac' was off in iCloud. I have since turned this on but still no luck.

Is there anything I'm missing. All internet posts tell me to do things I've already done.
