Thunderbolt 3 Dual DisplayPort 4K 60 Hz adapter (Cable Matters) with AMD Radeon Pro W5700X no outputting at 60Hz for both displays Hello I'm using item Cable Matters adapter 107006 - the Thunderbolt 3 Dual DisplayPort adapter with a new 2019 Mac Pro with the AMD Radeon Pro W5700X module. Adapter: https://www.cablematters.com/pc-831-131-certified-cable-matters-thunderbolt-3-to-dual-4k-or-single-5k-displayport-adapter-for-mac-windows-computers.aspx I can't seem to get the adapter to output at 60Hz to the dual DisplayPorts - one of the 4K displays connected to the adapter is always at 30Hz. This is happening even if I'm ONLY using the Dual DisplayPort adapter and have NO other displays connected. Has anyone out there managed to get both 4K displays connected to an adapter like this to operate at the correctly rated 4K 60Hz? Mac Mini (M1, 2020) with Dual LG Ultrafine (24MD4KL) Displays? I have a Mac Mini (M1, 2020) and have tried in vain to connect two LG 24" UltraFine (model 24MD4KL) displays. I am running macOS Monterey 12.0.1. I have connected the first display via a Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 3 connection and it works fine. I have attempted, without success, to connect the second monitor via the Mac Mini HDMI port to the USB-C port (via Apple USB-C to DV multiport adapter) on the second LG UltraFine monitor. I have also tried a Belkin USB-C to HDMI adapter and a QGeeM USB C to HDMI Adapter (4K Cable, USB Type-C to HDMI Adapter [Thunderbolt 3 Compatible]) purchased from Amazon. I have successfully connected the MacMini HDMI port directly to a Sceptre 27" monitor to establish that the HDMI port is putting out a signal. This monitor works together with a single UltrFine monitor and I can use them in tandem but really dislike the image quality of the Sceptre monitor and want the two UltraFine monitors to work. I have independently tested my Thunderbolt cables with both LG UltraFine monitors. I have also independently tested the UltraFine monitors. Both of them work independently with the Thunderbolt 3 cable but the other monitor always fails to work when connected by HDMI/adapter/USB-C (regardless of which USB-C port I use). I have unsuccessfully attempted to daisy chain the monitors via Thunderbolt 3. So, I know the following: 1) The UltraFine monitors work independently via Thunderbolt. 2) The second UltrFine monitor, regardless of the adapter + cable combination, does not work via HDMI. 3) The HDMI port is putting out a signal that can be used by the Sceptre monitor (HDMI to HDMI). What are the possibilities left? I think the most likely possibility is that the HDMI port on the Mac Mini is not putting out enough power to turn on the UltraFine (which does not have an independent power source or on/off switch). The question then becomes, is the source of this a software (macOS Monterey?) issue or a hardware issue? If there is anyone out there who has successfully connected two of these LG UltraFine monitors to a Mac Mini, I would love hear how you did it!! Thanks, Mark

Baseus USB-C Multi-function Hub Stops Working after Software Update to macOS 12.5 Hello Apple community, I am using a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports, Intel CPU, 2.0 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, 16 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X, Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB). I use an external display and connect a 27-inch Dell U2720Q to my Macbook Pro via the left-side Thunderbolt port with Power Delivery from the monitor. I also connect the following devices to a Baseus USB-C 6-in-1 Multifunction Adapter Model: UCN3275, which connects to my Macbook Pro Thunderbolt port: 1x USB Apple keyboard 1x USB Logitech video camera 1x USB Samsung wireless charger 1x Cat6 Ethernet cable This setup has worked for me for the past 2+ years beautifully, and I could connect to ANY LCD projectors, TVs and old VGA projectors. 6 weeks ago, I use macOS Software Update to update my macOS to Monterey 12.5 and now, the HDMI port on my Baseus USB-C Multifunction Adapter cannot output HDMI signal to any external TV, or LCD projectors. I have tested many HDMI cables including an eGear 3D High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet but could never get any HDMI signal from my Macbook Pro via the Baseus USB-C Multifunction Adapter.
