I changed my passcode last night and I forgot this morning.. haha.. since usually unlock with Face ID now it asked passcode.. this divide is signed in my cloud as well as this Mac, is there a way to unlock iPhone with Mac? without restoring or setting up as a new phone?

No, continue here If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
