I mac display has colour patch

Dear Apple,


I have bought my iMac from Apple Authorized dealer Abans in Sri Lanka , in year 2007 March. Anyhow my iMac display has some error of the display. Now when I'm using having some colour patches all the angle edges of the display. (From every 4 angles of display has around 1" colour patch) So pls. advice to what do with this ? Also display shows under layers also. As an example if i work on Adobe Photoshop i can see desktop or below the my current application what ever open shows transparently. Pls. help to solve my problem.
