iPhone X new trying to back up data from old iPhone

im trying to sync my data over to my last phone but my new phone has been trying to sync the data for 4 5 hours now, is there anyway I can try to restart the backup

Depending on how much data you have, and how fast your internet connection is, it could take four or five hours to restore the backup.


However, you can stop the restore in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud>iCloud Backup>On. In the next window you should see an option to stop the restoring the backup.


You can also try restarting the phone and see if the restore resumes.
