Mail scam

In my Mail, I received an email from a client that was hacked. It was the same email and conversation from a previous email I sent. They sent me a zip file and password .

not thinking anything about I hit the zip file and put in password from iPhone personal email. Nothing happened. I sent the email to my work and responded to the client. That there email was hacked today..

what steps if any do I need to do from my Mail? Or is my entire phone is going to be hacked in apps I have installed?
