I think I might have a virus on my iPhone

I think I might have a virus on my phone. I have an iPhone SE and is on iOS 14. About an year ago, I clicked on what is think is a virus website. Since this was an year ago, I completely forgot about it but, today, on my calendar, a message saying that I had 2 virus that is apparently letting every one see my personal information. It said that this message was from google but I’m scared for my life. I don’t know if they stole my SIM card info or even if I have a virus. Can someone tell me if this has been happening to you to or any good apps that are free that lets you check if you have a virus or how to get rid of it? Or even if this message is real? I’m really scared so plz answer as soon as possible. Thank you!
