WhatsApp storage is full. Now it won't turn on.

WhatsApp can't be open and told me to free up 100mb in order to open the app.

tried to open the setting to manage storage, couldn't open the app

so I was deleting some games and photo then the phone turned apple logo for like 6 hours without any rebooting

so I reboot the iPhone, now it keeps showing the apple icon, then maybe few mins later it goes all black, then able icon then all black again, I guess its trying to reboot itself.

now I turn to connect to the computer, the computer just can't sense the iPhone at all.
