My IPad won’t charge and it’s less than a year old

Ipad was losing power even plugged in. Went dead. On box it says ipad pro 11 inch 256GB. There is a 1 year warranty. I think it was shipped in December.

iPad Pro 11 won't charge I see that there are a lot of other people who have the same problem. My iPad Pro is 7 months old. It was working fine until about a week ago. First, the charging light would not appear, or the sound. it was weird like the and then I would charge it overnight and the next morning it would be dead. Apple is going to replace it (for $99 which I think is a ripoff but I can't wait 2-3 weeks for them to repair) but I'm worried this is going to happen again! I certainly hope they send a new one because the one I have is still under warranty and I did nothing wrong to nake it fail.
