Hello, JudineCec! Thank you for posting your Wi-Fi question to the Apple Support Communities.

We see the Privacy Warning that your network is displaying and we know that seeing a message like this can be concerning at first. You’ve come to the right place for help with finding out how to resolve these type of messages. We are happy to help!

As it turns out, this is expected behavior if the network does not meet certain requirements. It is expected for a message like this to appear if you are connected to a network that is not configured to the security standards recommended by Apple.

To find a solution, we’d suggest managing your network settings following this Apple Support article: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points This will require changes to the network router. Be sure to read over the section titled: "Before changing the settings on your router" before you make any changes.

If this is not a network that you manage, we’d suggest contacting the network administrator for more help.

We hope this answer helps.

Enjoy!
