Unresponsive screen and jumps

For the last couple of weeks my phones screen has been very jumpy and opening random apps and such. Any advice for iphone X

IPhone 14 screen not responding in top left corner in most apps In some apps I open, the top left screen on my iPhone 14 pro max is not responsive. iPhone 14 screen freezing during calls My phone freezes while I’m talking on the phone. It’s been happening since I bought it in September. Anyone else experiencing this?
