Command+i keeps linking the page to mail instead italics

I write a lot in my Safari ( Version 14.0 (15610.1.28.1.9, 15610) ) and was used to using a command ⌘+i for an italic font. For some reason now that shortcut is for "Mail Link to Current Page".

I tried to create two shortcuts in "System Prefs > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts". First, different shortcut was for "Mail Link to Current Page" and second was for "italic". But no luck. Can you help me please? I really want the command ⌘+i for italics and it keeps opening my Mail app.

The first should work as it is a command in the contextual menu under Font. However, it will only work if you are in a text editing field in Safari. If you are not in a text entry field, there is no Font > Italic command available.

I don't find "Mail Link to Current Page" in any of the menus in Safari. The command must exist in a menu, either the main Menu Bar or contextual menus.

You're correct. I have found it in Safari Main menu / File / Share / Email This Page with shortcut "⌘+i"

Now, when I click on "More" the window with options open up, but I cannot unclick "Mail" option. I do use the command in text editing field in Safari but I would love to keep it that way. Is there a chance to change it back?
