I just have an iPhone SE and when I trying to check my storge categories it just won’t show. Only shows a grey bar with how much storage I’m using. Any ideas of what could be the problem?

What version of the iOS are you running on your iPhone XR?
You should be able to run iOS 14.4, at this time.

I tried several times, I am not sure anymore if this is Claudes by the messages. Did you unistall some of the stock apps after you started from the beginning?

yeah I deleted some stock apps and now facing the same issue, can you please recommend any fix ?

Hi, did you delete the „shortcuts“ app? In my case thats when the issue came up.
I started from the beginning again and let the shortcuts app untouched, everything is fine.

Yeah, I deleted shortcuts app. So shall I factory reset my phone to fix it now ?

Hey everybody, a quick and short update, my issue is fixed after factory resetting my iphone and yes please don’t uninstall shortcuts after resetting your Iphone. Enjoy.

Hi Omer, I waited 2 months. Nothing changed. Then I tried what was mentioned on the first page, the shortcuts app.

I did uninstall most of the stock apps, I did it after a DFU reset and it was fine until I started uninstalling some things and installing my regular apps.
