Update 14.0.1

This is more of a complaint! My phone has had problems ever since I updated my phone! Battery is constantly dying, my apps won’t open, texting is a mess, FaceTime won’t work!! This is unacceptable!! I have the 11-Pro and I’m spending a fortune on this phone!! This needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY!! I basically have an $1,100 paperweight!!!!

Try and Force Restart your iPhone exactly as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
