I can’t pair my Apple Watch to my new phone because I don’t know my old Apple ID and I made a new one after I broke my last phone help!

I realize that I don’t remember the email
I can’t remember my old Apple ID I had to get a new one and my old phone is broken so I can’t look it up please help
