Stolen Iphone

My iphone has been stolen and I tried tracking it down but I realized I did not enable Find My Iphone yet since it was fairly new. Is there any way I can tract it or enable Find My Iphone through my icloud since it is also synched to my other phone?

You need Find My Phone to track the phone. There isn't a way to enable Find My Phone remotely. You need direct access to the phone.
