What do I need to do? Every couple of hours this person is trying to log into my account.

You need to immediately, performing the following:
Modify: your login credentials (using both a New eMail and a New Password) for Apple and each and all sites
Also, you may want to associate: a different method of payment to your account

I wouldn’t be as alarmist as the above.
Your Apple TV box is currently set to be discoverable and accept connection attempts for AirPlay from others.
It does not involve your Apple ID account. And they can’t fully connect as long as they can’t see the code on your screen.
To restrict connection attempts for AirPlay, change your AirPlay settings.
Settings﹥AirPlay﹥Allow Access﹥
I would suggest to set it to “Anyone on the same network”,
and also turn off “Also allow nearby to AirPlay”.
