AirPods microphone is muffled

Hello, guys! My mic on AirPods 2 doesn’t work properly. It sounds normal whenever I call on phone and messenger. When it comes to telegram, voice memo, or other social medias, there is a loud background noise. I tried to use it on my iPad as well, and it’s the same. Is it because of my AirPods or what?

Phone Calls via Airpods Pro I sound muffled when speaking through Airpods Pro. I have reset my Airpods numerous times and there has been no improvement. When I make phone calls and speak using my Airpods the other people always say that it sounds muffled. I also did a voice record speaking through the Airpods and it indeed did sound muffled. What can be done to solve this?

Airpods generation 3 I hear everything pretty well with my airpods but when I try to send a voice note on whatsapp it comes out as muffled. And it only happens on whatsapp. I tried disconnecting the airpods and then connecting again but it didn’t work. I also tried cleaning the airpods and now I hear from the left side less than the right side
