Hi guys. I use Komplete Midi keyboard with updated logic pro x. the volume keeps moving itself. I tried most of the article I found, like getting rid of CC07 settings on list editor if I see it, but I didnt see it. and Im stuck now. If I disconnect MIDI keyboard, It works okay. so Its gotta be MIDI, what can i do to it? any idea? thanks.

Hey guys, I just have solved the problem. I found somebody saying this
"what you could try is make sure that you are not controlling anything by mistake.
Choose Logic Pro > Control Surfaces > Bypass All Controll Surfaces."
I simply did this and my volume fader is fixed and stay as i play midi keyboard.

So there's no recorded CC07, and there is no automation either? Since it stops when you disconnect the keyboard, it is obvious that it sends volume messages. There are several courses of action you can take - but the keyboard should not be sending those without you telling it to send it. So something is broken there (or incorrectly set up), so you should return it or set it up correctly. Another course of action is to filter out MIDI CC07 in Logic.
It could also be that Logic assigned a control surface that is not compatible, in the upper left Logic Pro X menu there's some control change options rebuild initialize bypass...etc. Make sure all advanced tools in preferences are enabled.

This is not a solution. Just another pointer that something is wrong with the MIDI device.
