I’m using Spectrum as an Internet Provider. My Apple TV will not connect to the apple store, nor any streaming app? Help?
Just moved. Have Spectrum as IP. Apple TV can’t connect to any streaming service, including iTunes. Thoughts?

Thoughts? Check your router. Check the connections between your router and your Apple TV. How do you connect your Apple TV to your router? Wired ethernet or WiFi? Go to Apple TV Settings->Network and make sure it has an IP address assigned by your router. If the connection is over WiFi confirm you are logged in and that signal strength is good. Here are my thoughts. I have Spectrum as my ISP and my Apple TV HD (4th gen) gets over 200mbps down and over 10mbps up over a WiFi connection no less. There’s nothing wrong with your Apple TV. There’s nothing wrong with Spectrum internet service. The problem has to be in your network setup and/or your router settings.
