I try to transfer all data and apps from my iPhone 6s to my iPhone 6, it shows not compatible, can I do anything to fix it

I try to transfer data and apps from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 6, it shows not compatible because of version. One is 13.7. The other is 12.48. What can I do now?

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

You won't be able to do a full restore. On the iPhone 6 you can sign into the same Apple ID and that should restore things like calendar, contacts, etc. Anything else - like third party apps and data - you will need to load separately.
