airpods windows 10

I am trying to connect my airpods to my windows 10 pc. Connection is fine but after airpods connect to pc there is only hands free mode its not stereo. As you know stereo mode is better than hands free on music quality. PLS help

how to get airpod pro to work on windows 10 have a new airpods pro and surface pro(2017). Trying to connect using the usual steps; however the page says "conncted'" insetad of "connected music,audio". have tried all ways : device manager, disconnect reconnect etc, just do work; spent 24 hours to solve and yet no one has ever given clear solutions. Idont believe airpods pro dont work on windows since there are many thread out there with some saying able to connect. This is not the first time i have issues with window bluetooth...really sucks.

Update windows 10 and any bluetooth drivers for you pc.

:( I am using ugreen 4.0 usb dongle. When I connect my beats studio wireless there is stereo mode but for airpods there is not
