A Hack by Cell Phone Provider! & Apple 14 Gotta Go

As a small business owner, I’d set out Oct 2019, to upgrade several iPhones to the iPhone 11, managed by an authorized “__” cell phone store and immediately found any iPhones and Devices previously linked thru my Apple Account were compromised and worse, the Location of this “add’l new user” originated from the same location as this authorized “__” cell phone store! An Entire Year of Fraud Charges, Breaches, Resetting Email Accts, and on and on, Apple can not help. Now that Apple Updates, 14 & 14.0.1 have hit the streets, my world has literally hit an absolute HALT- Between the Security Alerts, Wifi and Data lack of connectivity or sluggishly super SLOW connections, lack of Email Sending/Receiving Abilities, and Countless Newly Messed up Activity/Lack of Activity, I’m ready to toss the “Apples” into the Trash and be a total Sour Grape! Help!?! Is there any Help to be Had?
