Accidentally clicked fraudulent FedEx text message link

I stupidly clicked on a link for a FedEx text message (fraudulent) that I received on my (ancient) iphone 5s. It opened a browser that I closed before it even loaded (as I realized what an idiot I was being). I deleted the text and cleared my cookies on safari, but what other steps should I take? Since I didn't wait for the page to load before closing, I have no idea if it was a phishing website looking for personal information or if it could have potentially downloaded some form of malware from clicking the link (?). Not normally this stupid, so I've never clicked a spam text link before. Please tell me what else I need to do to ensure my phone is okay.
