cannot install mac os via anything. help!

I have a macbook pro retina 2014. I accidentally wiped my entire drive while trying to do a clean install of catalina. I tried to use a bootable usb, but it doesn't detect it, and then i tried an internet recovery, but it gave me code 2002u, saying my wifi is bad. there are no ethernet ports for me to plugin as well. what are my options

Thank you. I tried that and it still the same issue. I'm waiting for a docking station to arrive to see if i have better luck with this ridiculousness. On another note, I have managed to get the usb boot drives to appear with OS X Mavericks (high sierra and the other's didn't work) but it gives me the prohibited sign/no symbol upon loading. I dont have another macbook to use, and the only others are windows machines, so getting another OS image file from the app store wont work for me. anyone else with options to try?
