I cannot use my 0.5 lens on my iPhone 11 Pro

this problem only happens with photos and I was wondering if anyone knew how to solve it, I have seen earlier posts going over how they had to do something with iCloud. This seems to be happening a lot so if apple could patch it or something.

I’m not here to judge but if someone could help me it would be great.
