Siri "check my commute" and "departure" from Citymapper app

In Citymapper, I learnt on the internet that there are new features that can allow iphone siri to help "check my commute", "departures" and "get me home". But I have a problem to set it up. Siri is always telling me "There was a problem with the app" and can't execute the shortcut whenever I call. May I know why that is the case?
