iPad Air Wifi - FaceTime - iOS 12.4.9, Problem - Video call automaticaly disconnected in 7:20 min.

Hello Everyone,

I have iPad Air(WIFI) 16GB with latest updated iOS software - 12.4.9. In FaceTime, Every video call automatically minimize after 7 minute and 20 seconds. After that, iPad does not response and the video call get disconnected in few seconds. This issues starts after latest update in ios version.

I try to solve with different methods.

Method 1: removed unwanted apps to make more space. 7GB+ space available

Method 2: Uninstalled and installed FaceTime with Restart of iPad.

Method 3: Installed another video messenger app Google Duo, but similar issues(7min call disconnected).

I am thinking to downgrade the iOS version, However it looks not simple. I need download iTunes in PC and os from ipsw.me

If you face any similar problem than please let me know the solution. If anyone tries downgrade ios and solved please let me know as well.
