My iPhone has started to turn down my sound to "protect my hearing". How to turn it off?
If there isn't a way make the way, because I'm not going to get another a separate device to just listen to music? Why was this even implemented? Do I really need to buy a new phone?

You would think so... but no... half way in my ride... boom, 1/3 of the volume... on the phone, not the head set, so only possible to put it up again, by pulling over... But thanks for the effort!
Nothing to do with hearing aids, WHO inspired 7 day decibel limits came in with 14.2 and fixed in 14.4

wow, and i was going to return my iPhone SE while i still had apple care on it! figured this was a "broken" issue!
PS in your list of things you tried I assume you defined the speakers on BT info as “Speaker”

That response was correct in October. Read the last page, it’s from this year.
