I want to save my apps from my iPhone to my iCloud. Then I want to delete those apps from my phone to gain more space. Is that possible?

No. Apps are not stored in iCloud themselves, only their data.
Have a look at offloading apps.

If I buy iCloud? Then can I save my apps on it. And remove the apps from my phone to save space?
