iPhone “Unlock to use accessory”

Hi, I bought a new travel adapter that has 3 USB ports and one type-c.

When I plug in to the first one, it asks to unlock the iPhone and doesnt charge.

The second one asks to unlock the iPhone and charges without being unlocked.

The third one doesn’t ask to unlock and simples starts charging.

Is this normal? Should I be worried about “hacking via USB” for the first 2 ports?
