My Macbook Pro 16" 2019 Restarts Randomly

Dear Experts,

I have been experiencing the same problem repeatedly, my macbook pro restarts randomly sometimes when the screen turns off or even when I am working on the computer.

The error I get is the following (please refer to the screenshot)

I have found some link that might be dealing with the issue (https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/apple-macbook-keeps-restarting/)

however, it might be helpful that some expert might identify the issue with the error report so I could know which next steps should I follow.

Thank you so much!

If this is a *** MCA Error Report ***

CPU Machine Check Architecture Error Dump, then mostly likely a hardware issue.

You may have access to the full panic report...

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

Page fault is a reference to memory not owned by the task that is running.

Kernel Panic reports can be found /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

From the Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copy and paste:

/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200553

The panic report should have panic in the "file name.panic"

If you do have kernel panics, post 2 or 3 of them as applies to your thread.
