can any one help, my homepod wont play music when asked , it keeps saying check your account /home app on your iphone. I have but i cant work it out.
Homepod takes the access information from your iPhone while you are settings it up.
Obviously, the username/password for yr Apple Music account that are stored on Homepod are not correct, for whatever reason.
You need to reset all settings of your Homepod and get it up and running again.
1- Turn it off (take off the plug) for 7 seconds or more.
2- Turn it on and within 1 or 2 seconds, place your finger on the top middle of the HomePod and keep your finger for sometime until the top lights RED.
3- This is when HomePod asks you to get the iPhone close so it can get the settings from your iPhone.
