New iPhone 11 Pro Max cellular issues

I recently purchased an 11 Pro Max. Previous device was a 6s. I am having issues now with internet and app working when on cellular. Example: Was in the city all weekend. Had full 5Ge bars everywhere. My internet browser timed out from lack of network. Certain Apps would not work since changing to this phone as well. Example: Waze cannot find the network. The GPS satnav works for guidance, but the timed route features don't work. Social media platforms run very very slow to update, or not at all. My email will not report new emails to my inbox.

I have gone through every App setting to make sure they function on cellular. I've rebooted my phone, as well as reset my network settings. I am currently on OS 14.0.1 The issue remains. (to note, everything functions as it should on a WiFi network.)

Please advise if I am missing a setting somewhere or if this phone is faulty and I needs to be replaced with a new device.
