USB Superdrive not working with MacBook Pro and USB multi-port connectors
I too have been having issues with USB C and Usb 2/3 devices. I have 2 C connectors I bought an apple multipart adaptor, yet when I plug in my 4 port multi usb, even just to use my keyboard and mouse it won't work, neither of these need enough juice to knock our the adaptor yet, I can type but can't scroll or use mouse features. If I plug in a temp ssd, I bought a C to USB adaptor and it works fine direct to the C on the MBP but if I add it to the multi port knocks the whole lot off-4 way useless. I have reverted to plugging in 1 at a time, old school, then it all works.
