Issue with screen recording in Microsoft Teams
Hi there,
I'm using a MacBook Pro (2019) with macOS Catalina (Version 10.15.7).
After I updated to the latest OS version, I started having problems with Microsoft Teams' desktop app. I'm unable to share my screen there because:
We need permission to share your screen
Go to Security & Privacy > Screen Recording to give permission and start sharing.
It used to work before I updated to the latest OS version. I haven't changed this setting.
What I tried was:
- disable/enable setting for Teams
- clearing Teams' cache
- reinstalling Teams
None of those worked. The other app which is allowed to do screen recording is Google Chrome and I'm experiencing no issues with it.
Please help me to solve this problem as I prefer using Teams' Desktop app instead the web one.
