Apple says I’m not enrolled in the upgrade program

Anyone else finding this happening to them this week? I’ve spent hours on the phone, getting transferred (once disconnected), and now waiting for a call back from a supervisor, which I’m told takes 3-4 DAYS.


I confirmed with citizens that I’m enrolled. And even sales says when they look at my order from last year that they see I enrolled, but status stays as not enrolled.


If anyone has found a solution, or knows for sure which department to call to get it fixed, please post! Thanks!
