Hello lake290,

It sounds as though you've created a new, separate Apple ID so that you have two Apple ID accounts? If so, there isn't away to transfer music from one account to another account. If these are songs you've purchased through the iTunes Store, they would remain associated to the Apple ID of which was used to purchase the content. If the content was downloaded, or being listed to through the Apple Music subscription, the content is only available through that subscription.

It is recommend to use the same Apple ID as you previously using to retrieve your purchased apps, contents, and utilize current subscriptions that you may have paid for. You can sign out of, and back in to your Apple ID in Settings > [your name]. For signing out you'll see a 'Sign Out' option towards the bottom of the screen to complete that step.

If you created the new Apple ID to have a new user name, you can change your previously user name to a different email address. This won't interfere with any purchases you've made, it would only change your username. When doing this you can't change the username to an email address that is already associated to another Apple ID. You can find more information about changing the Apple ID username in the following article.

The following article is helpful with downloading previously purchased items after you've signed in to the Apple ID of which the content was purchased with.
