mY iPAD WONT CONNECT TO WIFI

My Ipad stopped connecting to wifi. I tried everything possible. I tried connecting other ios devices to my network and they all work fine. I tried to forget network but that option is missing from my Ipad. I tried connecting my Ipad to another network but it also failed. I tried resetting the network settings but no luck. I even reset the entire ipad hoping this will work but it is still the same.

I think this ipad software has crashed. I am out of option so i am here for help.
