Battery Charge Cycle and Warranty

Hi, yesterday Apple service said my phone was at 506 charging cycles and becuse of that was out of warranty. When I told them I wanted to know the percentage of battery health of my phone at its 500th charge cycle, they said they couldn't detect it. Now my battery health is 62% and it's technically impossible to drop from 80% after 6 charging cycles. When I said I want proof about my battery was healty at 500th charge cycle, Apple service said they couldn't help about that. When I opened a ticket for this subject for apple, I got the same response. I request a proof about my phone is out of order within 500th charge cycle or free battery change I am already entitled to but can't get answer from Apple service. What can i do now?

Your battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles. The one-year warranty includes service coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty, Apple offers a battery service. Prices and terms may vary. https://www.apple.com/batteries/service-and-recycling/

And they say it's out of warranty as it's currently on the 506th charge cycle.
