I am trying to create a new much playlist using the new 4K Apple TV. When I search the web, it tells me to click the trackpad while song or track is playing and I will see an option to add to a playlist or create one. I don't get either option in the list. I only get these options: Go to Album, Go to Artist, Play Next, Play Later, Love Dislike.
Anyone know how to do this?

You may need an Apple Music subscription to have playlists in the iCloud Music Library.
Then it should look something like this:
