Can sounds recognition still notify with the iPhone on do not disturb?
It sounds like an excellent accessibility feature, if you can rely on not having all other notification buzzing in the middle of the night.

First, Apple says: Don’t rely on your iPhone to recognize sounds in circumstances where you may be harmed or injured, in high-risk or emergency situations, or for navigation.
