How to skip Internet recovery and start USB recovery

I want reinstall Catalina OS on my MacBook Air 2020 after virus destroyed original installation. I tried to use Catalina install USB but after I turn on my PC and clicked the Install Catalina logo button, everything by itself switches to Internet recovery mode and at first it seems that the recovery started normally but unfortunately after some time recovery process itself stops for a while. You can also wait all night .... Every attempt to make a fresh installation from USB ends with the same unfinished recovery process

First off, the MBA 2020 has a T2 Security Chip that, by default, disables booting from USB installer. If you have created a Bootable Installer of Catalina, you must boot in Recovery Mode ( Command + R ) >> Utilities and look for Security Options. Then enable booting from USB, Back out of Recovery Mode and boot from USB Installer
