How do I name a conversation

I habe several group chats that I want to name and I can’t figure out how. I went to settings and turned on the show photo/name thing and still have no option to “change name or photo”

Take a look at this for help. Bear in mind that you do not have the option to name a group text that involves Android users. It only works for iMessages.
