Did anyone had a bad experience with Fedex?
I have ordered an apple watch and a USB Power Adapter. The power adapter was delivered by Fedex at the wrong address and I had to get it back by myself. This is so a bad experience.
Luckily the most expensive item (apple watch) was delivered by another carrier.

This isn't an Apple issue, report it to FedEx.
I think that Apple should be aware of such issue. If I were responsible of the customer experience, I would ensure that customers have a good end to end experience and delivery is part of it. Apple as an excellent customer service and they should expect the same level from their partners. If a partner cannot meet the expectation and has a negative impact on the customers, Apple needs to know.
