The LOCK on you Apple Cash applies to your ability to make purchases with Apple Cash, send money to an individual via iMessage, and transfer funds from your Apple Cash account to your personal bank account. Cash money your receive can be applied to your Apple Card when you make payment to Goldman Sachs. Green Dot Bank cannot hold that money.
I received this explanation from a Senior Apple Cash Manger. He sent me an email with the explanation.
Green Dot Bank is holding 363.15 of my earned cash back and I am assuming they will release the funds to pay my Apple Credit Card. IF NOT, **** HATH NO FURY LIKE A MARINE AND VIETNAM VETERAN ROBBED BY A THIEVING BANK.
I have entered a complaint with the Federal Reserve and their response was that the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank has control over Green Dot Bank.
I have entered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They have sent my complaint to the bank and their corporate owner.
The three Apple Cash options provided by Green Dot Bank are not used by me and losing the ability to use them is inconsequential.
What I want is for them to confine release my money so it may be used to pay against my charges on my Apple Card per their agreement with Apple, Payments, Inc. and Apple, Inc.
