How to disable Assistive Touch?

A small grey and black button image similar to a app has appeared on my iPhone 6 if i press on it i get a small window which shows the following options ,At the top it has notifications and below options for custom ,device, Gestures, Control Centre, and at the bottom Home i would like to remove it please advise how i can do this

I'm from Holland so my iPhone settings are in Dutch.

I hope this is what You see...........

Settings---> Accessibility---> Touch---> AssistiveTouch............ Disable
